Healing Throughconnection

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences. We believe that healing does not happen in a vacuum; by establishing shared support, it reduces isolation and provides a strong sense of community that is crucial for recovery.

Led by experienced clinicians, our groups offer a safe harbor to practice new skills, gain diverse perspectives, and receive validation from peers in a structured setting. We offer specialized tracks addressing mood regulation, eating behaviors, and family caregiver support.
