Eating Disorder Programs

A Pathway tohealing and body balance

Our Eating Disorder Programs are designed to address the psychological, nutritional, and medical components of recovery. We recognize that eating disorders are complex physiological and emotional coping mechanisms rather than simple behavioral issues, which is why our approach treats the whole person.

Through evidence-based therapies, supported meals, and continuous medical oversight, we help individuals establish a healthier relationship with food and their bodies in a safe, compassionate environment. We coordinate closely with specialized therapists, psychiatrists, and registered dietitians.

At LGTC, we offer a complete continuum of care—including Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) tracks—to ensure each individual receives the appropriate level of support at every step of their recovery journey.

Our Continuum of Care

We provide customized support levels depending on clinical needs, offering a gradual, safe transition to independence.

Residential Care

24/7 care in a structured, home-like environment with continuous medical and psychiatric monitoring for physical and emotional stability.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Comprehensive daily programming (5-6 hours/day) offering structured clinical groups, individual psychotherapy, and therapeutic supervised meals.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Flexible programming (3 hours/day) integrating recovery into daily routines through individual therapy, peer support, and nutritional counseling.

Nutritional Restoration

Personalized dietary mapping, weight restoration support, and supervised meals led by registered eating disorder dietitians.

Evidence-Based Psychotherapy

Individual and group sessions incorporating CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders) and DBT modules.
