Binge Eating Disorder Program

Regain Controland build body trust

Our Binge Eating Disorder (BED) Program utilizes an individualized approach to help clients understand, decode, and manage their behaviors. Treatment integrates individual psychotherapy, group support, structured meal plans, and medical oversight.

By addressing the underlying emotional triggers, past experiences, and physiological habits, we support our clients in building a sustainable path to recovery. We work to replace maladaptive coping patterns with tools that support self-understanding and body acceptance.

We provide both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) tracks. Our specialized 12-week BED outpatient group is co-facilitated by a therapist and registered dietitian, providing a powerful combination of clinical and nutritional learning.

Key Components of BED Care

We treat binge eating by combining clinical insight, nutritional restoration, and physical health monitoring.

Individual Psychotherapy

12-Week Special Group

Our structured group combining CBT-E, DBT skills, and nutrition education with peer process support in a virtual setting.
