DBT Program

Find Balancewith structured coping skills

Our comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program is designed for adults seeking evidence-based support for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mental well-being.

This structured program helps individuals navigate intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and improve their relationships. By combining weekly individual therapy, structured skills training groups, and real-time phone coaching, we provide a robust framework for lasting behavioral change.

Led by certified DBT clinicians, the program focuses on teaching four core sets of life skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills act as a supportive toolkit to help you step off patterns of distress.

The Four Core DBT Modules

We build emotional resilience by teaching practical, real-world skills to manage distress and improve relationships.

Core Mindfulness

Practice centering your attention, observing your experiences without judgment, and living fully in the present moment.

Distress Tolerance

Learn concrete strategies to accept and tolerate painful emotions or situations without acting impulsively or making them worse.

Emotion Regulation

Understand and identify your emotional baseline, reduce vulnerability to negative states, and increase positive experiences.

Interpersonal Effectiveness

Master skills to express your needs, set healthy boundaries, and navigate conflicts while maintaining self-respect and healthy relationships.

Phone Coaching

Real-time access to clinical coaching in moments of distress, helping you apply skills directly to everyday life challenges.

Clinical Integration

Weekly individual therapy sessions combined with a regular skills group for comprehensive, structured recovery.
